- the service you are interested in, and your message
We do not ask for, or want, any sensitive personal information through the form.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare your free SEO review or a proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years, so we can follow up on any conversation we started. If you become a client, we keep the records we need to run your account and meet our legal duties.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website:
- Our web host, which stores the website and your enquiry.
- Our email provider, which delivers enquiries to our inbox and sends you an automatic confirmation.
- Cloudflare, which protects the website from attacks and spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical information about your browser to do this.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from attacks. If you log in to manage the website, WordPress sets cookies to keep you logged in.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
